• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

4.1 Membership Terms: Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled.

4.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

4.3 Freezing Membership: Memberships may be frozen for up to 2 months per year with written notice.
